Medina

One of the fast growing area has been Medina, located in Gibson County north of Jackson.  Commute to Jackson is only about 15 minutes.  Gibson county schools have been one of the attractions of that area.  A new high school,South Gibson, was complete in 2009 to accommodate the population growth.  Lots of new construction and property values have had an easier time in the recent housing difficulties.
