Henderson

Henderson is located 15 miles south of Jackson in the 38340 zip code and is the county seat of Chester County.  With a population of 5,600 it has one of the state's top rated school systems.  A variety of residential properties and a low crime rate has made it an attractive place for families to locate.  Freed Hardeman University, a 4 year liberal arts college, in located in downtown Henderson with an average enrollment of over 2,000 students.  There factors have helped Henderson maintain as a traditional small town.
